  • Non-Refundable Services:
  • All fees paid for PAN card application, correction, and verification services are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective authorities (NSDL/UTIITSL).
  • Refund Eligibility:
  • Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
  • Payment was made, but the application was not processed due to technical errors on our end.
  • Duplicate payments for the same application.
  • Refund Process:
  • To request a refund, users must contact us within 7 working days of the payment date and provide proof of payment and transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
• Cancellation Policy
  • Application Submission:
  • Once the application has been submitted to NSDL or UTIITSL, cancellations cannot be processed.
  • Before Submission:
  • If the application has not been submitted to the respective authorities, users may cancel the service by contacting us within 24 hours of payment. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Fees for PAN verification services are non-refundable once the request has been processed.
  • Incomplete Applications:
  • If users fail to provide the required documents or information within the stipulated timeframe, the application will be considered cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
